I am delighted that I took my son to see Kate this afternoon. He is disabled and has quite a significant cognitive impairment. Kate could not have been more sensitive or receptive to his needs. She was professional and caring throughout, she explained carefully what she intended to do and she carried out the procedure with a gentle assurance that filled me with confidence. I will not hesitate to use her again and I recommend her without reservation.

This lady is amazing, I've had hearing problems and pain for 5 years, I have a very small canal on the right, the left is normal. She cleared left in 15mins, the right I thought I'd need 3 visits as I was basically deaf, but this lady persisted and succeeded, I had the most in my ear she had seen for the size, and she got every bit out. I feel like a new man! I can't reccommend and thank her enough. And her prices are very good. I gave her a tip because she done me a huge favour and her service is excellent. I booked in an appointment with Kate who was super helpful in arranging a time I was able to make. Kate kept in contact on the lead up to my appointment which I found incredibly helpful! When I arrived, Kate was super welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and at ease! I couldn’t recommend Clear Ears more, I will be booking my partner in too! Kate also charges a really good rate and the service is amazing!

From start to finish this was a professional service delivered with care. Kate is clear about what she is doing and why, and takes care to make sure you understand the procedure. I cant recommend Kate highly enough. Everything explained in easy to understand terms, using diagrams and pictures to explain the process and procedures she will follow. She gave me as much time as was needed to clear my badly blocked ears, eventually handing me back the gift of hearing. So knowledgeable and passionate about her subject who is obviously a true professional within her industry. Gave me some very good advice about after care and set aside a follow up appointment as a matter of course to make sure my ears have returned to normal.
