There was a problem with the unit and they were incredibly responsive and solved the problem promptly. 5 stars!!!!

Good Traders these days are rare. When you find a good one - shout about it .... so this is me shouting! Had an issue with a purchase - entirely fault of the courier. BPT stepped up, cut through the nonsense and resolved the issue very swiftly. Great service and product. I cannot endorse highly enough. We'll never get rid of the dross online, but by supporting good folk we can push back a little.

I ordered an item which was lost by the delivery company. I contacted BPT who were very apologetic & immediately sent a replacement. Throughout BPT were great at communicating, including out of normal hours.

Excellent customer service. I received my order faster than expected. Upon arrival, the laryngoscope I purchased would not turn on because of a defective light source. I contacted the company and they responded rapidly. A few days later, I received not just a replacement light source, but an entirely new laryngoscope! Highly recommended!
