Large showroom containing furniture for every room of a house. Staff are friendly and helpful and give customers time to look around the store without pushy sales pitches. I was even allowed to borrow a drawer to determine if it was a colour match with other furniture in my home which I thought was an exceptional level of customer service.

This store never disappoints. After trudging around 20 stores looking for a suitable mattress we landed in fairways only to discover they actually do sell stand alone mattress. Having shopped in the store many times before we wrongly presumed they only sold bed sets. We met Chris who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and over 20 years experience in bed sales. And let me tell you that makes such a difference in the way you view your requirements and actually start shopping for a mattress that addresses your needs. No pressure selling to buy on the day. We settled on two manufacturers. A middle priced firm mattress and a slightly higher priced firm mattress from Harrison spinks exclusively made for fairways. Delivery was within timescales quoted a call and a email from.the store to advise it's manufacturing is on track mid / end of Nov. On 16th Nov it was delivered to my room of choice and I paid extra for the disposal of my old mattress. Which for us was a godsend. Prompt arrival within the 90 mins advise by the warehouse store. Last night was the best nights sleep I've had in years. The mattress is deep supportive in all the right areas. My bach no longer aches and I'm so delighted to know that our previous mattress was a considerable factor in making my posture worse. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and service. Fantastic and often rare to find a first class service all round. This will now be my first store to visit rather than my last.

After looking everywhere for a particular size tv unit in the off-chance popped into Fairway Furniture. Although I didn't spend a huge amount of money I managed to find the perfect item, which I was able to take right away. I'd like to say what a lovely, well presented, clean and tidy showroom and the staff were so lovely and helpful and allowed us to browse without feeling pressurised.

Our second visit to this superb showroom just off the Greenhills roundabout in Kingsteignton, we didn't realise how huge the store was... Very impressive. Car parking is free and with ample spaces, Covid controls were clearly shown in the entrance along with Sale signage. The range of sofas, chairs, beds and other furniture was huge. We were greeted by a very polite ( not pushy } saleswoman offering discount vouchers and was left alone to browse after being offered coffee! Lead time on new sofas was about 26 weeks at the time of our visit! Wow. Excellent displays, quality furniture, well worth a visit.

Excellent service from Scott no pressure just gave us time to make our mind up on the colour of the sofa we want. He kept the tea and coffee coming. First class.

We spent £6557 on the 21/05/2022 we we informed that the bedroom furniture was in stock but the Ludo furniture would need to be ordered and we were given a worst cases date for delivery of 16 weeks the 10/09/2022. The tv stand and dining table has been delivered, we are still waiting for the nest of tables and side board to arrive at Fairway this is now 8 weeks over worst case and we were told it maybe another 3 as it’s in a container at the docks? Today we had the coffee table arrive only to find out that the legs do not fit! We have been messed around and are fed up with excuses and lack of customer support from them. I want to cancel my order but fear that I will not be able to get the matching furniture I wanted! But I think I will go in and cancel it any way I just don’t want the hassle and worry with this company. They seem to think it’s ok to third party blame they have not been able to resolve the issue or want to. Thanks for your reply however it is not factually correct l will email directly as this is not the forum to continue with our complaints
