Spoke to Pete on the phone, explained the problem with my boiler and what it was doing, he told me what he thought it was, agreed a time and date to visit. Turned up on time, I was working but my Dad was there on my behalf and said Pete was on time, courteous, thorough and professional. I spoke to him on the phone when I paid and he explained what he'd replaced etc. All in all, I couldn't fault him or his work and would recommend him. Will be contacting him in future to service my boiler and I've already noticed its more efficient since the repair was carried out. Thanks Pete, great job.
